Deca-Durabolin, also known as Nandrolone Decanoate, is an injectable anabolic steroid used for muscle building and relieving joint pain.
Deca Dosage for Men:
Beginner: 200 – 300mg per week
Intermediate: 400mg per week
Advanced: 600mg per week or more
Cycle Length:
Deca cycles last from 12 to 16 weeks due to its long-acting ester. Shorter cycles might not provide full benefits because of the slow onset of effects.
Cutting = Less common, but it can be used to maintain muscle mass while on a calorie deficit, potentially stacked with Winstrol or Trenbolone for those advanced in steroid use.
